Villa Bookings Manager (Native English Speakers Only)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch break)
Saturdays, 9am-1pm.
You are expected to carry the work phone outside working hours.
Salary:
Net salary between 8000 - 9000 TL, depending on experience.
Monthly booking bonus will be paid, between 1000 - 3000 TL.
Work permit and social security contributions will be paid.

Job Details and Responsibilities:
- Must be a native English speaker.
- Process online villa bookings.
- Correspond with customers and villa owners via email and telephone
- Customer focused and excellent telephone manners are expected
- Process card payments for villa bookings
- Process bank payments to villa owners on a weekly basis
- Assist other staff members with office related tasks
- Candidates with Microsoft Excel experience will be preferred
- Candidates with Microsoft Outlook experience will be preferred
