What can be said about Amy Villas that existing clients of theirs would not know about? For the benefit of Villa Owners who may be considering using the services of 'Amy' I would say that we are in our fourth year of Villa renting and have relied solely upon 'Amy' for marketing and have been totally satisfied, they are specialists for North Cyprus and it shows. Our rates are by no means at the bottom of the market and we have been impressed with the quality clientele 'Amy' have attracted for us.

Amy staff are efficient courteous and, more importantly, very professional and efficient at what they do and, a real bonus for villa owners and guests alike, are contactable for help well outside normal office hours 7 days per week, we even got answers at midnight!. Queries are dealt with immediately for the benefit of guests/owners alike, we cannot think of anything further their service needs to provide.

Amy do the full package, freeing us from the hassle of deposits, final payments, silly questions, transfers etc, they deliver the guests to us and we look after them. When the guests depart 'Amy' promptly render to us full payment, we cannot ask more. PS - not necessary for the review but Daria is great, a treasure indeed.

Since listing my apartment with Amy Villas approximately 3 years ago, I have found them to be the most efficient and reliable company I advertise my property with. The service levels from all staff I have encountered is excellent, and the website platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate around for property renters.
