Villa Ambiance is a large 4 bedroom villa located in a calm and peaceful village of Zeytinlik in Cyprus Hills development. It will take you just five minutes to get to Kyrenia center from here.
Ambiance is tastefully decorated with many lovely tiny details to it. This spacious holiday rental accommodation can welcome parties up to 8 pax creating a unique combination of style and comfort with exceptional panoramic views to Kyrenia coast line and surroundings.
Inside and outside of the villa one will find spaces arranged to fit specific needs and levels of privacy. There is plenty of seating space outside, terraces and lounge areas here and there. Built-in stone BBQ and table tennis just adds an icing on that cake that you can have now!
* Use 300 units of electricity per week for free! Excess units will then be charged at cost and deducted from the security deposit.
* Please note that our villa is strictly non-smoking and strictly enforces a no pets policy.

We booked half a dozen villas with Amy Villas at the same time for my guests to attend my wedding. Amy Villas were very helpful and went out of their way to assist, including sourcing a baby cot for a villa at short notice.
I came in April this year with my family and had an unforgettable experience. It was the first time we rented a villa and villa Ambiance was just what we expected. Generally clean throughout, very big house, taste in decoration, taste in everything I should say. Very nicely arranged garden, properly sized pool. The weather was great in Cyprus and we all enjoyed the beauty of this villa and the beauty of country. Location of villa Ambiance is very near to the center of town which makes nearly all trips very short. Highly recommend to rent a car and go some further destinations i.e. Famagusta and Dipkarpaz.
