It is a short drive to Kyrenia town and several beaches, a delightful garden and large private pool add to the property's charms.

The expansive covered front terrace has comfortable seating, perfect for that cool lunchtime drink or evening aperitif. A few steps down lead to the built in BBQ area on the same level as the sparkling 24 x 8 overflow swimming pool. A quiet relaxing area equipped with sun-loungers and parasols, outside table and chairs so convenient for all fresco dining.

Villa Katophia has a light, modern fully equipped kitchen with an open plan dining area that can seat 8 guests. The stylish lounge affords TV to play DVDs, WI-fi and there are air conditioning units throughout.

There are 4 double bedrooms upstairs, 3 of which have access to the large balcony with spectacular mountain and sea views. Master bedroom has a large bathroom with full bath and step in bath shower. The well appointed family bathroom has corner bath plus walk in shower.

Car hire is strongly recommended. This makes exploring the surrounding areas easy.
