Villa Mandevilla is a stylish and comfortable home in a setting to rival many.
Its views stretch to the impressive Kyrenia mountains in the distance, whilst to one side, the rooftops of the nearby village, Edremit, are to be seen peaking above the trees.
This spacious & charmingly rustic house stands in one donum of garden amongst rolling fields dotted with cypress trees and is just a short drive away from the beaches of the Kyrenia coast.
The swimming pool is set in a secluded private garden with large shade trees and is overlooked by the enormous, shaded terrace at the rear of the house. Inside, the accommodation is comfortably furnished with airy rooms and high ceilings giving it that authentic Cyprus farmhouse feel.
Inside, creates a cool and uncluttered atmosphere internally. Here, your comfort is assured with large sofas, modern bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms is located as a separate studio with fantastic views from upstairs.
No pets allowed and smoking is strictly forbidden in the house. It is self-catering.
* The property and the premises are in principle not suitable for small children up to 5 years!
* Use 300 units of electricity per week for free! Excessive units will incur charges at their actual cost, which will subsequently be deducted from the security deposit.

Dear Amy Villas, Can you thank owners and tell them that we are so impressed with the villa and feel very fortunate to be able to afford such a beautiful vacation.
Super villa, loved the various eating areas with shade at different times of day. Really nice pool and pretty garden.
Our party of six spent 16 days at the Villa, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although we had a very busy schedule with a wedding, and meeting new in-laws, we treasured the garden, the views, the birds, and the very warm and peaceful feeling of the living spaces when back 'at home' each evening. The Villa is surprisingly well-appointed for a vacation home, with everything one needs for making meals and entertaining. The terraced and walled garden, fountain, and variety of blooming flora and herbs was special, and memorable. Loved the village of Karmi, and hope to be back in the near future.

Mandevilla became a house of our dreams for our summer vacation. It has everything one needs to feel you are at home. The outside territory is just amazingly set up - you may fee like you are in a huge residence. Highly recommended!
This is a lovely villa but there are a couple of important things to bear in mind before booking. The main thing is that the house has been cleverly designed for natural ventilation, with lots of large sliding doors allowing plenty of air in. However this does mean there's no air conditioning, in case you like to feel that refrigerated feeling. The gardens are extensive but the pool area, which is very private, is a little disconnected from the house as it is up a set of stairs. We were disappointed with the cleanliness and quality of poolside furniture and the general area around the pool, which we ended up not using as much as we would have liked to. That said, this is a lovely house in a gorgeous setting with stunning views and everything you'll need for a very relaxing stay
We really did enjoy the villa, it was so well equipped. We thought the owners so charming and trusting to leave so much of their own things there and allow it to be let to people they did not know. As a result, we felt it even more important to cherish it and look after it as our own. It really was very comfortable, the views superb, of course, as we knew they would be from Karmi, and the gardens a pure delight. The other good thing is that provisions are there to start you off, not just the welcome pack, as the whole house is totally equipped with teas/coffees and everything else to cook with. In every way this villa was perfect and we shall very much hope to return there. The views to Hilarion and having it lit at night and so clear to see from the house is wonderful.
Villa Mandevilla is a fabulous place to stay, being members of the Royal Horticultural Society back in the UK, we particularly loved the landscaped gardens with fountain and tremendous terraces. The views from here are awesome and summer evenings until midnight on the lit terrace are an absorbing experience, to be thoroughly enjoyed.Thank you for allowing us to experience this haven of peace and tranquility.
