Ocean View is built to maximise the views of the sea from all angles, even whilst sitting in the bath!
This executive, 5-bedroom family Villa has been furnished to an high standard, with light airy rooms, creating a sense of calm and relaxation. Bedrooms are air- conditioned and the enclosed garden is neat and private. Perfect for a family holiday or a couple looking for relaxation outside the summer months.
The villa is set over 3 levels, with a lower ground floor housing 2 twin bedrooms, a large bathroom and separate sitting/lounge area with plasma TV and music system (equipped with ipod and MP3 docking station). In addition, there is also free WiFi connection and satellite tv showing BBC, ITV, Sky Movies and Sky Sports.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a fitted kitchen and and lounge with cosy fireplace in the west wing, the east wing contains the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool / terrace.
The first floor offers 2 further double bedrooms with sea views whilst lying in bed! both have ensuite facilities. The two bedrooms also have private balconies with sweeping views of the coastline.
Outside, your private terraces provide some natural shade throughout the day, as well as being equipped with barbecue and a cliff top dining area to make the most of the stunning views and fabulous sunsets.
There is also a large sun terrace and a fabulous infinity edge swimming pool that gives the impression that the water is cascading directly into the Ocean.
A mid stay linen service is included for all 14 day+ rentals. A mid stay service is available as an optional extra.
Please note that our villa is strictly non-smoking and strictly enforces a no pets policy.
**Please note that this villa does not have safety fencing as this would disturb the views. Children therefore MUST be properly supervised**
By the way, the new cozy cafe Paris, locates in just a one minute walking distance from the villa, offers a pleasant atmosphere and selection of mouth-watering sweets and freshly baked breads. It will delight you with an authentic coffee culture created by professional baristas. Café Paris offers an exclusive selection of breakfasts.
* Use 300 units of electricity per week for free! Excessive units will incur charges at their actual cost, which will subsequently be deducted from the security deposit.

This was a lovely villa in a quiet location with sea views. There was plenty of shade when required and the pool was nice to cool off in. All the local amenities require the use of the car, but there were some some nice beaches a short drive away. Despite the facts that it could have been a little cleaner when we arrived (particularly the floors) and that the owner had also double booked it for someone else, we all had a relaxing week.
We are back home now after a fantastic holiday and would like to thank you very much for our very comfortable stay at your home. The weather was beautiful - just a short storm one night and dry again the next morning. That was the only rain we had. It was still sunny when we left which made it harder coming home! On our two previous trips when we stayed at the Malpas, I was just about ready to go home but your home was soooooo hard to leave
We had a thoroughly enjoyable summer holiday in North Cyprus. The villa was a little pricey but had everything we needed.
