The villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standards and has all the facilities required for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. There is a large terrace giving plenty of shade for outdoor dining and loungers for use around the private pool.
* Use 300 units of electricity per week for free! Excessive units will incur charges at their actual cost, which will subsequently be deducted from the security deposit.

We had a lovely time at Sea View and were sad to leave. If we can, we will try and come back next year, and definitely book Sea View. A huge thank you to the owner, and the housekeeper for being in touch and sorting out our questions and even the airport transfer!!! Many thanks for your recommendation.

This was the best holiday rental villa holiday we ever had in North Cyprus and we've been coming for the last 5 years. The site is well maintained and the villa is perfect for those seeking for serenity without sacrificing amenities and comfort.
The photographs of Sea View Villa do not do it justice. It is in a beautiful location, overlooking the sea. The villa itself is very spacious, well designed, fully equipped and nicely furnished. The Sweetwater bay complex is quiet and seems very well run. We had a lovely holiday here, and could hardly believe that the delightful beach below the villa was so uncrowded, on many occasions we had it all to ourselves! We never imagined an empty Mediterranean beach in August was possible! Amy Villas proved to be a most helpful and friendly company, arranging car hire, answering our queries promptly and even finding and posting my reading glasses (accidentally left behind) free of charge! We would thoroughly recommend a holiday in North Cyprus, especially with Amy Villas.
We wanted to stay somewhere on the site where there were amenities like gym, bar, big shared pool as well as the private pool. We asked Amy Villas for advice and have been offered this villa. We think it's absolutely great for family time! Everything we needed was close but we didn'y mind spending 40 minutes driving on good roads to get to Kyrenia.
Great villa - clean, spacious, with fantastic views of the beach and the skyline. The development is new, with free big communal pool (and that's besides your own villa pool!), jacuzzi and gym. The staff is friendly and attentive. The beach at Sweetwater Bay is excellent too. You can cook your own meals at at home, make barbecue, or go to many small restaurants in the area. Gas station and supermarket are just a minute away, at the Tatlisu roundabout. Highly recommended for those for those who prefer quiet and relaxing holiday
Very enjoyable villa, clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped (ironing borad and BBQ would have been useful). Pool area very good. General area of the development also very good.
We had a really great family holiday this summer. The complex felt safe for the kids and the villa had lots of facilities. It was all clean and well kept.
The villa was set in stunning surroundings and was so close to the beach.
